Ice Cream Attendant

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Ice Cream Attendant to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and enjoy creating a fun and welcoming environment for our guests. As an Ice Cream Attendant, you will be responsible for serving delicious ice cream treats, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a positive experience for every customer.

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
• Serve ice cream, cones, sundaes, and other frozen treats accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash and process transactions using the point-of-sale system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the serving area and equipment.
• Restock supplies and ingredients as needed throughout the shift.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
• Work collaboratively with team members to provide a smooth and enjoyable customer experience.

• Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required.
• Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
