Make a Difference in Your Community! National Church Residences is seeking a dependable and professional Front Desk Clerk to help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for residents and guests.
What You'll Do- Monitor lobby activity and guest check-in/check-out.
- Maintain shift logs and report incidents or safety concerns.
- Sort and distribute mail.
- Process rental payments and submit maintenance requests.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and visitors.
- Follow safety, security, and front desk procedures.
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle conflict professionally and follow procedures.
- Dependable, professional, and able to work independently.
