CCM Box Office Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Box Office Customer Service Representatives are commonly the first point of contact for guests attending a CCM Performance, so they set the tone for the entire guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Reports to:
  
  Box Office Manager
• Greet each patron and respond to each request in a friendly and polite manner, while giving guidance and direction for any further needs
• Assist customers with the selection and purchase of their tickets, while providing helpful information and a high level of customer service
• Hours include weekdays during regular Box Office hours as well as performances on evenings and weekends.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions
• Proficiently navigate CCM ticketing system
• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and relationship skills
• Ability to operate a computer and learn ticketing system
• Ability to work weekdays, weeknights and weekends
• Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions
• Must have basic math skills
• Previous customer service experience required
• Must be a University of Cincinnati student
• Must have Work Study
