2nd and 3rd shift Customer Service Representative

Must live near the Cincinnati area.

• 2nd shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• 3rd shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM (includes a $3 shift differential for 3rd shift)

• Answer incoming calls regarding order placement, product problems, service questions, order status, and general customer concerns.
• Enter online orders from various online systems into our operating system for processing, noting any demographic changes, order requested times, and any notes the hospice or family deems important.
• Respond to patient/client questions and problems.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism with customers and patients through every call, email, or other source of communication to portray the company in the best light.
• Maintain a neat, clean personal appearance and promote teamwork among co-workers, including assisting fellow CSRs, routers, and field operations as needed.
• Work a flexible schedule, including weekends, on a predetermined rotating schedule.
• Demonstrate timeliness, courtesy, sincerity, and patience when dealing with customers and patients.
• Perform other duties as requested.

No prior experience required; the right candidates will be trained.
