NSG, Inc. currently has an opening for a PT Garage Attendant at an office facility located in Downtown Cincinnati
.
Must be able to work the following set of days/hours:
Saturdays & Sundays | 3:00 p.m.
- 11:00 p.m. (16 Hours Per Week)
This position pays $17.00-$20.00 per hour
, with weekly pay every Friday

The Garage Attendant is responsible for helping maintain a safe, clean, organized, and welcoming parking environment for tenants, visitors, and guests. This position will not be responsible for driving or parking customer vehicles
.
The Garage Attendant will primarily staff the garage office, assist customers with parking-related questions and pay stations, monitor garage activity, support special events, and help ensure the overall garage operation runs smoothly and professionally.
General Duties- Staff and maintain the garage office during assigned hours.
- Greet tenants, visitors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide assistance with parking-related questions and general customer service.
- Assist customers with parking pay stations and troubleshoot basic paystation issues.
- Monitor garage entrances, exits, and general parking activity.
- Control and monitor parking for non-tenants and unauthorized vehicles.
- Assist with parking operations during special events, including directing guests and providing parking information.
- Communicate with building management and other NSG team members regarding garage activity and customer concerns.
- Report safety, security, maintenance, equipment, or facility issues promptly.
- Monitor the garage for cleanliness and general appearance.
- Perform routine cleaning and upkeep of garage areas, including the office and common areas.
- Assist with light maintenance projects as needed.
- Assist with receiving and delivery processes when necessary.
- Help maintain an organized and professional garage office.
- Contribute to building team projects and initiatives.
- Participate in monthly safety training.
- Follow all NSG, Inc. policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Talking: Ability to express or exchange ideas verbally.

- Seeing: Ability to see well enough to monitor the garage environment, read signage, and assist customers.
- Walking: Ability to walk for extended periods.
- Mobility: Ability to move throughout the garage and office areas.

- Standing: Ability to stand for long periods.
- Stooping/Twisting: Ability to bend the body downward and forward.
- Lifting: Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds unassisted.
- Pushing: Ability to push up to 100 pounds unassisted.
- Reaching: Ability to extend hands/arms in any direction.
- Finger Dexterity: Ability to use fingers to operate paystation equipment, computers, phones, and other small controls.
- Professional, courteous, and customer-service-oriented demeanor.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with tenants, visitors, vendors, and building personnel.
- Ability to learn and operate parking paystation equipment and basic office technology.
- Ability to remain calm and helpful when addressing customer questions or concerns.
- Ability to identify and report safety, security, maintenance, and equipment issues.

Garage Attendants may be required to provide additional support during building or downtown special events. Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with event parking operations.
- Greeting and directing event guests.
- Providing parking and paystation assistance.
- Monitoring garage traffic and pedestrian activity.
- Helping maintain an orderly flow of vehicles and pedestrians.
- Communicating parking-related issues to building management.
- Assisting with event setup, breakdown, and general garage operations as needed.
- Must be dependable and punctual.
- Must present a professional appearance and maintain a customer-service-focused attitude.
- Must be able to work independently and exercise good judgment.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check.
