Are you an organized, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a Move Coordinator to manage and coordinate household goods relocations from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, communicating with customers and vendors, and ensuring every move is executed smoothly and efficiently.

As a Move Coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of contact throughout the moving process, working closely with customers, operations teams, sales representatives, drivers, crews, agents, and third-party providers to deliver an exceptional relocation experience.

• Coordinate and manage residential household goods moves from booking through completion.
• Communicate with customers, moving crews, agents, vendors, and internal departments to ensure successful relocations.
• Schedule and track move-related activities, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
• Maintain accurate move records, documentation, notes, pricing, and authorizations within company systems.
• Monitor move progress and proactively resolve issues that could impact service delivery.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure quality service standards are maintained.
• Review move requirements and determine appropriate operational solutions.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the relocation process.
• Respond to emails and phone calls promptly while delivering exceptional customer service.
