Pay: $20 to $25 per hour (Pay is commensurate with experience.)

Schedule: Monday – Thursday

Description: Mt. Lookout Dentistry is looking for an experienced Rockstar Treatment Coordinator who is eager to go beyond insurance-driven dentistry to promote and develop optimal experiences for our patients. We are willing to train the right person to join our patient-focused practice that has been in the heart of Mt. Lookout Square since 1956!

Position: Patient care hours are 7am-4pm Monday – Thursday; 7am-2pm on Friday.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage the doctors’ schedules
  • Manage pre-determinations for patients
  • Manage the arrival and departure of patients
  • Provide excellent customer service and set the tone for the patient’s visit
  • Effectively communicate with patients to ensure that the treatment prescribed by the dentist is understood and scheduled
  • Communicate the patient’s dental benefits and create a clear financial arrangement

Job Qualifications:

  • 2+ Years of dental experience is a plus, but not required
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Detail oriented
  • Experience with Eaglesoft is a plus, but not required
