You start your day reviewing the upcoming schedule and verifying each patient's eligibility, benefits, waiting periods, limitations, and frequency, well before they arrive. You call insurance carriers with confidence, confirm details, collect reference numbers, and then enter everything into our practice software with precision. When questions arise, you're the calm, knowledgeable voice that supports our front desk and clinical team, ensuring everyone is aligned on coverage and next steps.

• Strong computer and data‑entry skills

Preferred qualifications:

Experience with dental or medical insurance verification; training available for the right candidate.
