Compensation: $900 guaranteed daily rate ($100+/hour equivalent based on standard clinic hours)

Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a Part-Time Dentist to join our growing clinical team in Florence, Kentucky. This opportunity offers the ability to provide meaningful, patient-centered dental care in a structured outpatient clinic environment serving senior populations — without the headaches of managing a private practice. This is a coordinated, outpatient clinic-based environment designed to support both providers and patients.

• Established clinic environment with organized patient flow
• On‑site clinical staff and support teams
• One clinic location per day
• No billing, collections, or administrative burden

CMC handles the scheduling, equipment, supplies, and logistics — allowing you to stay focused on patient care.

• Perform exams, preventive care, extractions, and basic restorative procedures
• Diagnose and manage common oral health conditions in aging populations
  
  Collaborate closely with clinic staff and interdisciplinary care teams
• Deliver compassionate, high-quality dental care in a structured setting

This is not a high-volume corporate dentistry model. Our providers become a valued extension of the clinic team and build consistency within established partner locations. We prioritize:

• Quality patient care over production pressure
• Predictable scheduling and long‑term partnerships
• Ethical, relationship‑driven healthcare delivery
• Provider support and operational organization
• Flexibility without sacrificing professional fulfillment

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
• Active Kentucky dental license
• Comfortable with general dentistry procedures including extractions
• Strong chairside manner and clinical judgment
• Experience working with senior populations preferred

• Typical hours: 8:30 a-4:30 p
• Weekday-only schedule
• No nights or weekends
• No billing or administrative responsibilities
• Independent Contractor (1099) opportunity
