Overview

Dentist (Endodontics) PRN – Flexible Scheduling – 1–2 Days/Month.

We are actively seeking a dentist with significant hands‑on endodontic experience to join our dental team on a PRN basis. This role is open to dentists who perform root‑canal therapy and complex endodontic cases with confidence and skill. If you are a dentist with strong endodontic proficiency looking for a flexible PRN day, we provide the dental team, the technology, and the patients.

• Daily compensation of $1,000–$2,700, structured as the greater of a guaranteed daily minimum or a percentage of adjusted production.

• Perform root canal therapy, including complex and multi‑canal cases.
• Diagnose and treat conditions affecting the tooth pulp and periapical tissues.
• Utilize modern endodontic techniques and available dental technology to deliver high‑quality care.
• Collaborate with our dental team to support treatment planning and case flow.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical and regulatory standards.

• DDS or DMD from a CODA‑accredited dental program.
• Demonstrated high‑volume endodontic experience as a dentist—confident managing complex, multi‑canal, and retreatment cases.
• Active dental license in the state of practice, or eligibility for licensure.
• Current BLS/CPR, ACLS, and DEA registration.
• Compassion and a strong desire to provide endodontic care to underserved patients.

Our dental practice uses Denta Pro software, digital X‑ray and Panorex units, dedicated dental assistants trained for endodontic procedures, and provides yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training.
