Treatment Coordinator
- Sedation Dentistry

Our Advance Dentistry team is growing and we're looking for some incredible team members to bring into the family!

The particulars include:

  • six weeks of paid training
  • 401K with employer match
  • Medical insurance

  • 4-day workweeks
  • Paid holidays
  • Paid PTO with a total accrual of four weeks
  • Free dental care (minus lab fees)
  • No travel between locations required
  • Open Dental experience is a plus
  • Monday 8-5, Tuesday OFF, Wednesday 7-4, Thursday 8-5, Friday 7-4

About the role:

As a Treatment Coordinator your main responsibility will be patient care.

  • Ensure that the treatment prescribed by the Doctor is fulfilled by the patient according to its urgency
  • Help patients gain a better understanding of their treatment plan and explain any necessary steps it takes to complete
  • Create clear financial arrangements using patient's dental benefits
  • Ensure the completion of treatment plans with a good follow through
  • Ensure patients questions or concerns are handled professionally and promptly.
  • Some duties may include providing administrative support to the practice include:

What we're looking for:

  • 2+ years of administrative dental experience with clinical knowledge
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and problem solve
  • Good math skill
  • Proficient in Open Dental
