• $300,000–$400,000+ annual earning potential
• Up to $25,000 sign-on bonus
• HIGH volume of patients: 18,000+ patient visits annually and 1,300+ new patients each year

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Pediatric Dentistry Certificate
• Active Kentucky dental license (or ability to obtain)
• Open to all experience levels—new graduates are encouraged to apply!
• Spanish-speaking candidates are a plus
• Ability to maintain required malpractice insurance
