Anesthesiologist

The Staff Pad is seeking an experienced, patient-centered Part-Time Anesthesiologist to join a dedicated surgical team at a highly respected Ambulatory Surgery Center in Cincinnati, OH. This role focuses on providing safe, high-quality general anesthesia care for pediatric and special needs patients undergoing dentistry procedures. The successful candidate will collaborate with dentists, nurses, and surgical staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Practice Info

• Ambulatory Surgery Center specializing in general anesthesia dentistry and pediatric dental care
• Manage anesthesia care for approximately seven pediatric patients per OR day
• Practice in Anesthesia Care Team and independent practice models

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality general anesthesia care for pediatric and special needs patients
• Partner with dentists, nurses, dental assistants, and surgical staff to ensure excellent patient care
• Prioritize patient safety, comfort, and positive outcomes in a fast-paced ASC environment

Shift & Schedule

• Part-Time (1-2 days per week)
• No Call
• No Weekends or Holidays

Requirements

• Experience providing anesthesia care to pediatric patients
• Active, appropriate state Anesthesiologist licensure
• Current BLS and AHA PALS certification; PALS required within 6 months of hire
• National Board Certification strongly preferred
• Comfortable practicing in Anesthesia Care Team and independent practice models
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to varying patient needs and surgical environments
• Strong work ethic, professionalism, and positive attitude
• Patient-centered approach focused on safety, comfort, and quality care
