This is an excellent opportunity for a hygienist who values quality care, modern technology, and a 4-day workweek in a well-established, welcoming office.

Hourly Rate: $50 to $65 per hour

Production Bonus: When production reaches 3.3x base (calculated monthly), you earn 15% of the overage as a hygiene bonus

Benefits Include:

  : 2 weeks vacation plus 2 PTO days for full-time (holidays, PTO, and vacation begin after a 90-day probationary period, accruing during the first year and applied retroactively)

• Sign-on bonus: $5,000 ($2,500 at signing, then $500 every 2 months)

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 or 6:00 PM
• Every other Friday: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM
• Some flexibility to adjust start and end times

You’ll work with modern, up-to-date technology
, including:

• Dexis digital radiography
• Intraoral scanners
• CBCT imaging
• Ultrasonic scalers

The ideal candidate is:

• A licensed Registered Dental Hygienist
• 1 year of experience preferred
  , though new graduates are welcome
• Strong clinically
  , with skills in co-diagnosis and periodontal care
• Dependable
  , with a strong work ethic and a growth-oriented mindset
• A genuine team player and strong communicator
