Implant Dentist; Part-Time Production | Modern Technology | Mentorship

We're hiring a part-time implant dentist for our Cincinnati location, with the potential to grow into a full-time role down the road. The position starts at 3 days per week. You'll have full clinical freedom, current technology, an experienced support team, and mentorship when you want it.

This is a fully equipped, technology-driven practice that lets you focus on dentistry. The office has:

• Intraoral scanners
• Photogrammetry
• Face scanner
• CBCT imaging
• 3D printers
• On-site dental lab and lab technician

Your support team includes an on-site manager, treatment coordinator, front office staff, dental assistants, and lab technician. They're there to keep your clinic days running smoothly.

Our focus is All-On-4/All-On-X, single implants, implant bridges, snap-in dentures, and traditional dentures. Traditional crown and bridge is optional.

You'll have the freedom to treat patients your way, backed by support and clinical mentorship when you want it.

• 3 days per week to start (this is negotiable)
• Potential to move to full-time in the future

All compensation figures below are based on a 3-day-per-week schedule unless noted otherwise.

• Guaranteed base salary of $150,000 plus percentage of production (3 days per week)
• Top performers earn $450,000+ annually (3 days per week)
• If the role moves to full-time: guaranteed base of $250,000 plus percentage of production, with top performers earning $750,000+ annually (5 days per week)
• Clinical autonomy; treat patients the way you believe is best
