Druffel Design & Landscape is a high-end design / build firm in Cincinnati seeking an extremely motivated individual to be a member of our award-winning Design team.

We are seeking a landscape architect or designer who possesses a background in high-end residential design build. We aim to deliver a refined product to our discerning clients. The ideal candidate will be able to independently manage the client’s needs as well as manage a project, utilizing a network of sub-contractors.

Druffel Design and Landscape has been honing our skills for over 50 years to become the premier design build firm in Cincinnati. We service many of the finest homes in the area and are privileged to work on many beautiful projects.

Mid-Level Landscape Architect essential duties and responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to:

1. Design Production

2. Client Meetings

3. Estimating and Sales

4. Project Management

5. Administrative Responsibilities

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES :

• Possess a thorough knowledge of zone 5 and 6 plant material

• Possess artistic ability and creativity

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, hand graphics, Photoshop, and Sketchup

• Strong communication skills, both oral and written

• Self-motivated and hardworking

• Ability to design and manage construction projects ranging in cost, but up to $750,000 - $1,000,000

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, or Horticulture Degree
