Architectural Project Manager

Description

* Create preliminary, conceptual designs including site plans, building layouts, elevations, and amenities

* Research and apply zoning codes including city, county, and state requirements

* Prepare thorough and complete construction documentation packages

* Control the plan review process through the acquisition of building permits and approvals by outside funding agencies

* Ensure project construction complies with building plans, project deadlines, and budget through monthly on-site observation

* Communicate effectively between the development team, project consultant teams, and construction teams

* Ability to travel to 1-3 client sites once a month; mostly same-day or overnight trips

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology required

* 5-8 years of work experience with at least 2 years of project management experience

* Multi-family housing experience; any experience with low-income housing tax credits (LIHTC) is a plus

* Fluency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite

* Knowledge of building codes and accessibility design requirements

* Ability to manage production and construction of a project from start to finish

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
