Architectural Project Manager – Design with purpose - Help shape communities.
If you’ve led multifamily projects and enjoy seeing your work move from concept to keys-in-hand, this role gives you real ownership and a clear sense of purpose.
We’re a development-focused team designing and delivering thoughtfully planned multifamily housing; much of it in the affordable/LIHTC space where good design directly impacts quality of life. You won’t be stuck in a silo here. You’ll work alongside developers, builders, and operators to bring projects to life from early concept through construction.
If you like being close to decision‑making, influencing outcomes, and seeing your projects actually get built, you’ll fit right in.
If you’re at the point in your career where you want more ownership, more visibility, and projects that actually matter, we’d love to hear from you.
What Makes This Role Standout:- Real ownership – You’re not just producing drawings; you’re helping shape projects from the ground up
- Visible impact – The work directly contributes to housing access and community development
- Collaborative team – Tight‑knit group across development, design, and construction
- Lead multifamily projects from early concept through permitting and construction
- Develop site plans, building layouts, elevations, and amenity spaces that balance design, budget, and constructability
- Navigate zoning, code requirements, and approvals across city, county, and state levels
- Drive the permitting process and keep projects moving forward
- Coordinate closely with internal development teams, consultants, and contractors
- Stay involved during construction to ensure the design intent is executed
- 5–8 years of architectural experience, with at least 2 years leading projects
- Hands‑on multifamily experience
- Ability to take a project from concept through construction without losing momentum
- Strong working knowledge of zoning, building codes, and accessibility standards
- Comfortable being the point person, communicating across teams and making decisions
- Fluency with AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with affordable housing or LIHTC projects
- Experience working closely with developers or design‑build teams
- Competitive base salary: $75k-$90k/year plus a lucrative performance‑based quarterly bonus program
