Nestled in the heart of Blue Ash’s Summit Park, our 4th location features a full dining room, an outdoor patio, and our signature greenhouse, which blurs the lines between indoors and outdoors. As a duplicate concept of our Alcove – OTR location, the space carries forward the warm hospitality, thoughtful design, and nature‑inspired atmosphere that define the Alcove experience.

As the Private Events Captain, you will orchestrate and manage all day‑of logistics for executing successful private events ranging from corporate meetings to weddings to social gatherings. You will serve as the main point of contact to ensure client expectations are exceeded through meticulous planning, setup/breakdown, and seamless day‑of coordination with clients, vendors, and team members. • Day‑of event execution and management of private events ranging from weddings to rehearsal dinners to multi‑day corporate training meetings, acting as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring flawless event execution.
• Maintain communication with all event contacts, including the kitchen team, event bar staff, and outside vendors throughout the event and act as a resource in the event of any needs, questions, or emergencies.
