Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings and design documents.
• Support project teams with design development and construction documentation.
• Utilize software tools such as Revit
  , AutoCAD, and Sketch Up for modeling and drafting.
• Conduct research on building codes, materials, and design standards.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with engineers and designers.
• Assist with presentation materials for clients and internal reviews.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an Architecture or Architectural Engineering program (junior or senior level preferred).
• Basic knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD; familiarity with other design software is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow design standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of building systems and construction processes.
• Knowledge of ASHRAE codes and standards is a plus.
• Experience with rendering software (Lumion, Enscape) is beneficial.
