Position Overview
Woolpert is hiring a Project Architect to join our award‑winning global architectural practice, focused on performance‑driven, highly complex facilities for some of the world’s largest technology clients. We blend applied research, strategic thinking, and technology‑driven design methods, while seeking innovation that will define the future of our profession and drive solutions to the most complex design problems. We are seeking to hire an Architect to join our Cincinnati office and offer a hybrid work schedule.

What You Will Do- Contribute to the overall design and execution of projects, from concept through completion.
- Work directly with our firm leaders and with our clients at some of the world’s largest technology companies on complex, challenging projects.
- Apply a blend of collaborative thinking, creativity, and technical proficiency to ensure that our clients’ ambitious multidisciplinary projects are realized to the highest standards.
- A Master’s Degree in Architecture or a 5‑year Bachelor’s in Architecture; and a minimum of 2 years related architectural experience.
- Architectural license required or NCARB certification.
- Strong design, execution, and problem‑solving skills. Experience on complex projects is a strong asset.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams on technically challenging projects.
- Commitment to staying informed on the latest architectural technologies, materials, and sustainability practices.
- Proficiency in the use of Autodesk Revit for project development and documentation.
- Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.) as well as the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.).
- Strong digital modeling skills and well‑developed organization as well as strong verbal, written, and graphic communication skills.

Base pay offered may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
$75,400 – $94,300 USD
