Job Description

P&G Beauty House – NA Skin Care seeks a Graphic Designer to develop creative work across 2‑D package design, in‑store, and digital activation for our skin care products. The role focuses on delivering concepts from visual strategy to finished executions, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and using design software to complete high‑quality assets.

The OpportunityP&G’s Beauty House is a multidisciplinary design studio that collaborates closely with Marketing, R&D, Finance, and Package Development to generate insights and drive extraordinary design. What You’ll Do- Build concepts and execute visual strategy across packaging, promotional materials, visual communications, eCommerce, social media, etc.
- Ensure brand guidelines are consistently and creatively applied.
- Communicate and justify conceptual and directional choices.
- Deliver excellent execution and maintain accountability.
- Possesses empathy and non‑linear thinking, viewing the consumer as a person and ideating solutions with consumer insight.
- Has strong communication and collaboration skills, able to justify designs with multi‑functional partners.
- Comfortable giving and receiving feedback.
- Flexible in a constantly changing environment, engaging and influencing across functional partners.
- Exhibits superior time and project management skills, setting priorities and owning responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in Graphic Design or similar field.
- 1–3 years of full‑time design experience (excluding freelance).
- Portfolio demonstrating mastery of design principles, brand identity, creativity, storytelling, ideation, problem solving, and technical proficiency.
- Experience designing for digital, packaging, and in‑store displays with basic print feasibility knowledge.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Ability to work onsite at Cincinnati, OH office 3–5 days per week.
Preferred Qualifications
- Passion for beauty with awareness of category trends and competitive landscape; keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of digital UX/UI principles and familiarity with AI‑enabled tools for rapid prototyping, iterations, and ideation.
- Ownership of responsibilities from Day 1.
- Continuous mentorship and formal training, along with day‑to‑day support from managers.
- Agility, work/life effectiveness, and long‑term well‑being.
Compensation varies by location, role, credentials, skills and experience. Salary range for this role is $85,000‑$122,200 per year. Additional benefits are included but not listed here.
