Responsibilities
- Coordinate space data, drawings and BIM workflows across projects
- Validate and standardize architectural drawings and space data
- Manage publishing workflows into IWMS platforms
- Communicate status updates to team and clients
- Apply and reinforce BIM standards, templates, and workflows
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of related experience with AutoCAD and Revit
- Understanding of architectural drawings, data structures and geometry elements
- Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills
- Experience applying BIM standards and workflows
- Understanding of space data standards such as BOMA
- Knowledge of FGI guidelines a plus
- Knowledge of Azure Dev Ops, Microsoft Project or other project and product management tools a plus
