We’re looking for an Interior Designer to join our Cincinnati team and contribute to the design, development, and documentation of architectural and interior design projects across a variety of markets and our Environmental Graphics Design team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, curious, and collaborative emerging professional who is passionate about thoughtful, human-centered design.

As an Interior Designer at GBBN, you’ll support project teams through all phases of design, helping translate ideas into meaningful, well‑crafted spaces. You’ll collaborate closely with project architects, designers, and other team members to develop strong design solutions, produce compelling visual materials, and contribute to projects that make a lasting impact.

• Support the design and development of architectural and interior projects
• Create drawings, models, and presentations in tools like Revit, Rhino, and Affinity
• Contribute to design concepts, documentation, and client presentations
• Research materials, precedents, and sustainable solutions
• Develop strong visual and verbal communication of ideas through sketches, models, and digital tools
• Build and iterate design concepts in 3D using modeling and visualization software
• Assist with drawing sets, permitting activities, and client presentation materials
• Support Environmental Graphic Design projects, including way finding, signage systems, branded environments, and experiential graphics

• Professional Interior Design degree from an accredited university
• 0–5 years of professional experience working on a variety of project types
• Strong spatial thinking and awareness of human-centered design
• Creative mindset with the ability to explore, test, and evolve ideas
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Curious, eager to learn, and open to feedback
• Thoughtful, analytical, and comfortable asking questions and considering different perspectives
• Skilled in design modeling, graphics, and visual communication
