The Kitchen and Bath Drafting Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Cincinnati, OH. This position is responsible for creating accurate technical drawings and detailed layouts for custom kitchen and bath cabinetry, aligned with client specifications and company standards. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting design concepts, collaborating with designers and sales team members, preparing shop drawings, and updating plans based on client and production feedback.

The specialist will ensure that all drafts meet structural, material, and manufacturing requirements, and will work closely with production staff to support efficient fabrication and installation. The role also involves maintaining organized project files, checking measurements. This job involves no customer facing or sales. This is strictly a drafting full-time position.

• Proficiency in drafting and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Cabinet Vision, or 20/20, Pro kitchen)
• Experience reading and interpreting architectural plans, elevations, and technical specifications.
• Strong understanding of cabinetry construction, woodworking materials, and hardware standards.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements, dimensions, and documentation.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with designers, sales personnel, and production teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or coursework in drafting, design, or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in kitchen and bath design, custom cabinetry, or millwork drafting is highly beneficial.
