Practice Overview
ADVENT is a physician-led, ENT-specialized practice redefining how ear, nose, and throat care is delivered. With a team of 18 physicians and 62 advanced practice providers across six states, we provide high-quality, outpatient-based ENT care supported by advanced technology, including in-office CT scanners and the Mod Med EMR system. Our focus is on delivering exceptional patient outcomes in an efficient, patient-centered environment.
Position Highlights
- Full-time, outpatient-only position
- Monday Friday, 40 hours/week
- Established, high-volume practice with over 20,000 patients served annually
- Collaborative team environment with strong APP support
- Replacement position with immediate patient base
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary of $400,000, RVU-based bonus model tied to patient journey completion
- Base salary + RVU Unlimited earning potential
- Relocation assistance available

- 5 days of CME with additional funding

- License and DEA reimbursement
Candidate Requirements
- Board Certified in Otolaryngology (ENT)
- MD/DO, with eligibility to practice in Wisconsin
- Must live in the market of assigned location
- Graduates from 2020 and later encouraged to apply
- No visa sponsorship available
