A respected healthcare organization in Cincinnati is actively recruiting a top-tier ICU Hospitalist to join a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary Critical Care team.
Position Overview
• Full-time ICU Hospitalist - Night Shift
• Option to combine ICU and Floor Nocturnist shifts (minimum 50% ICU commitment)
• Additional compensation for extra shifts worked
• RVU production incentives above baseline expectations
• Work alongside a comprehensive, team-based model of care
Team Environment Physicians collaborate closely with specialists across multiple disciplines, including:
• Anesthesia• Emergency Medicine
• Surgery• Pulmonary
• Nephrology• Multi-disciplinary Intensivists Advanced Practice Providers (Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners) serve as integral members of the ICU care team, ensuring safe, reliable, and coordinated patient care.
Candidate Requirements
• MD or DO in Internal Medicine
• Board Certified
• Current unrestricted medical licensure
• Society of Critical Care Medicine (SCCM) Fundamentals of Critical Care Support certification
• ENLS Certification (Neuro Critical Care Society)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Demonstrated experience managing critically ill ICU patients
