Mon, Wed, Fri 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.;
Tue, Thu 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.; average 10-25 patients daily.
Active Ohio medical license and DEA required; credentialing typically 1-2 weeks. Outpatient practice serving all ages; AMN provides malpractice insurance and supports travel, lodging, rentals, and transportation.
