Life Balance: 12 work days / month, choose 7-on/7-off or 2-on/2-off schedule - Desirable Practice Setting: Nonprofit, hospital-based GI with established patient panel
- Culture & Support: 3 NPs, each with 10+ years of GI experience + 2 LPNs + 3 MAs
- Ideal Work Environment: Advanced imaging technology and full GI diagnostic capability
- Optimal Patient Volume: Turnkey practice with immediate volume and strong referral base
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Compensation: $770,000+ Guaranteed Base Salary
- Production Incentive: Uncapped RVU-based Production Incentive

Qualifications
- Degree: MD or DO
- Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroeenterology
- Licensure: Active state medical license or ability to obtain one
