Kettering Health is recruiting a BC/BE Hematologist/Oncologist to join our growing Cancer Care program in Southwest Ohio.
Join a network of 22 Hem/Onc physicians within a multidisciplinary oncology service line of 60+ specialists
, with support from APPs, pharmacists, fellows, nurse navigators, and other oncology professionals.
- 4 clinic days + 1 protected administrative day
- Established patient demand with the opportunity for a quick ramp-up
- APP, pharmacist, and fellow support
- Weekly disease-specific multidisciplinary tumor boards
- CoC-accredited cancer centers
- Epic EMR + 65 infusion bays
- Access to clinical trials, interventional oncology, and an on-site cyclotron
- Collaborative physician and dyad leadership structure
- 2-year guaranteed base salary + uncapped productivity
- Monthly productivity payments + annual quality incentive
- Sign-on bonus + relocation assistance
- 6 weeks PTO + 10 CME days
