OB-GYN Academic Faculty

Tri Health in Cincinnati, Ohio, is seeking an engaging OB-GYN to join our Resident Program faculty team as an OB-GYN Generalist.

We are welcoming an intuitive health care professional who is forward thinking, medically and academically. You will have a genuine desire to provide knowledge-based guidance and comprehensive supervision for the next generation of accomplished OB-GYNs.
The focus of this role is primarily gynecologic.

The ideal candidate will have an excellent record of clinical care and demonstrated leadership skills. You will ensure all services provided by the Program are performed with compassion, understanding and respect for others in a welcoming and inclusive environment.

• use your skills and expertise to provide instruction and clinical oversight, serving as an advisor, advocate and valued mentor.
• actively provide appropriate supervision of residents and assist in formulating patient care plans.
• review resident documentation and patient interaction, providing direction, support and consultation.
• provide up-to-date, evidence-based assessment, treatment and inpatient/outpatient care—limited, as needed.
• participate in Tri Health approved research studies and projects regarding new techniques, practices and equipment.
• be a valued voice on relevant committees, including resident recruitment,providing consultation and recommendations.
• have the choice to pursue leadership opportunities in Women’s Services and system administration.
