Overview
We are seeking Family Medicine physicians in Cincinnati, Ohio, to join a strong Primary Care team. Supported by over 300 employed Specialists/Surgeons and five local Cincinnati hospitals, this Primary Care team shines!
Position Highlights- You will replace one of the retiring physicians with a full patient panel to absorb
- 15-22 patients per clinic day, outpatient only
- Flexible clinic hours — 4‑day work weeks available
- Virtual Health visits – E‑Visits
- Behavioral Health specialists embedded in Primary Care offices
- Pain Management Specialist: solely dedicated to primary care patients for medication management
- Expansive referral network:
Collaborative support with over 1,800 physicians representing a wide range of medical and surgical specialties
- Base salary guarantee with bonus plan — can realistically earn up to $310,000 year one
