GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Indian Hill High School is a high-achieving Division II athletic program serving approximately 650 students in grades 9-12. The district emphasizes excellence, character, and student development. Candidates must possess all required Ohio Department of Education coaching credentials and successfully complete FBI/BCI background checks.
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Previous head coaching or assistant coaching experience in cheerleading preferred
• Experience in choreography, stunting safety, and game-day leadership
• Ability to develop strong culture, spirit, and team cohesion
