Position Overview
Under the general supervision of the School Principal, the K-6 Teacher will facilitate student success by:
- Implementing a standards-aligned curriculum
- Fostering academic and interpersonal growth
- Creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom
- Supporting individual learning needs
- Maintaining consistent communication with students, parents, and staff
- Up to $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for Qualified Candidates

- Valid Ohio Teaching License in Elementary Education (K-6)
- Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or related field (Master's preferred)
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Knowledge of differentiated instruction and data-driven decision-making
- Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and staff
- Commitment to professional development and lifelong learning
