As an Intervention Specialist, you will:

• Support students with IEPs in inclusive classroom settings through collaboration and co‑teaching
• Modify curriculum and instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs with clear, measurable goals
• Conduct diagnostic and functional behavior assessments and create effective behavior intervention plans
• Use research‑based and culturally responsive practices to support academic and social‑emotional growth
• Build strong relationships with families through regular communication and partnership
• Serve as a key member of a collaborative school team that believes in shared success
• Participate in school‑wide events and activities that strengthen community

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Hold a current Ohio Intervention Specialist teaching license (required)
• Have experience in inclusion classrooms, co‑teaching, or resource support
• New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply
• Are familiar with Ohio Learning Standards and Common Core
• Value collaboration, coaching, and continuous improvement
• Bring strong organization, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Are comfortable using basic technology (Microsoft Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Are committed to building meaningful relationships with students, families, and colleagues
• Can pass required state and federal background checks
