Under the general supervision of the School Principal, the K–6 Teacher will facilitate student success by:

• Implementing a standards‑aligned curriculum
• Fostering academic and interpersonal growth

• Maintaining consistent communication with students, parents, and staff

• Develop and administer engaging, standards‑based lesson plans
• Conduct individual and group instruction, adapting as needed
• Use data to assess progress and adjust instruction
• Maintain accurate records for attendance, achievement, and behavior
• Encourage parent involvement and build strong family communication
• Support school‑wide expectations for behavior and citizenship
• Collaborate with grade‑level teams and attend school functions
• Supervise students during class and school‑related activities
• Administer district and state assessments

• Valid Ohio Teaching License in Elementary Education (K–6)
• Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Knowledge of differentiated instruction and data‑driven decision‑making
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and staff
• Commitment to professional development and lifelong learning
