Description:
Summer school teacher to teach High School Social Studies to high school students. Courses include Global Economics, American Government, U.S. History, History Now, and Sports and Resistance in American History.
Please note:
Sessions noted below are anticipated and dependent on student enrollment. Teachers must be able to work both sessions. If the course is done early then the extra pay summer school assignment will end early.
Planning and preparation days are to be coordinated with program administrators once staff are hired.
Program Dates:- Week 3:
Monday, June 15 and Thursday, June 18; (No School on June 16th and June 17th) - Session 2:
June 22 - July 9, 2026- Week 1:
June 22 - June 25;
Monday - Thursday - Week 2:
June 29 - July 2;
Monday - Thursday - Week 3:
July 6 - July 9;
Monday - Thursday
- Week 1:
8 a.m.
- 1 p.m.
Appropriate Illinois teaching certificate/licensure.
