This role offers the opportunity to build a dynamic, student-centered cheer program that inspires school spirit at games, competitions, and community events. You’ll coach in a district known statewide for its commitment to student success, supportive families, and a collaborative athletic department that values innovation and heart.
Indian Hill High School is a high‑achieving Division II athletic program serving approximately 650 students in grades 9–12. The district emphasizes excellence, character, and student development. Candidates must possess all required Ohio Department of Education coaching credentials and successfully complete FBI/BCI background checks.
Preferred Skills- Previous head coaching or assistant coaching experience in cheerleading
- Experience in choreography, stunting safety, and game‑day leadership
- Ability to develop strong culture, spirit, and team cohesion
