Job OverviewUC Clermont College is looking for a Head Coach of Men’s Soccer. This position will report to the Program Director, Brian Sullivan and will support the University’s mission and commitment to excellence and diversity in our students, faculty, staff, and all other activities. The role is responsible for planning, supervising, and coordinating all aspects of an athletic program while following all departmental, university and USCAA policies and regulations.

Essential Functions- Direct all strategic, administrative, and organizational aspects of an athletic program including recruiting, coaching, practice, academic success, student‑athlete experience, etc.
- Lead and participate in the athletic instruction and coaching of student-athletes.
- Maintain current knowledge of and adhere to all University, USCAA Rules and Regulations, Policies and Procedures, paying special attention to recruiting, eligibility, admissions and financial aid. Promote an atmosphere of compliance.
- Collaborate with staff in developing and implementing programs and procedures that promote the welfare and academic success of student-athletes. Foster and maintain positive student body and faculty relations with student-athletes.
- Oversee and participate in the recruitment of prospective academically and athletically qualified student-athletes.
- Participate in public and alumni relations and promotions activities and establish and maintain positive relations with the media. Engage and solicit donors to meet the fundraising goals as established by the Director of Athletics. Collaborate with support staff to implement and perform administrative tasks in line with program and departmental goals.
- May be required to drive a university vehicle and/or student‑athlete.

- Three (3) years of coaching experience or work in an athletic department setting.
