As an Elementary School Teacher for Lakota Local Schools, you will create an engaging, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for students in grades K-6. You will design and deliver high quality instruction aligned with state standards, foster student growth academically, socially, and emotionally, support differentiated learning needs, implement evidence based instructional practices, and cultivate a positive classroom culture that encourages collaboration, critical thinking, and problem solving.

• Bachelor’s degree in Education and a valid Ohio PK-3, PK-5, K-8 or 1-8 teaching license.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, families, and staff.
• Effective classroom management techniques.
• Proficiency in integrating technology into instruction.
• Adaptability in responding to diverse student learning needs.

7.75 hours per day, 184 days per school year calendar.
