Overview
Develops, implements and evaluates employee development plans and programs to support organizational needs. Monitors employee development and training programs, assesses needs and results, develops new programs and modifies existing programs. Scope:
Facilitates routine offerings; develops low complexity instructor led courses; and serves as consultant for basic level and audience offerings. Supports P2 and P3 colleagues for stretch assignments and development.
- Training and Facilitation:
Provides training or facilitation services to a designated audience with a designated topic. - Program Development:
Participates in planning, creation, design and development of programs and materials. Leads the effort for updating programs/materials and for non-complex new course requirements. - Collaboration:
Collaborates with others and serves as a resource for adult learning models related to facilitation and basic instructional design. - Issue Resolution:
Troubleshoots problems as they arise. - User Support:
Provides end‑user support and meets service level agreements.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 0-2 years of work experience in a related job discipline.
- Preferred: TCI Instructor Certification.
