AQUATICS DIRECTOR of OPERATIONS

Kids First is hiring! Do you love working with kids? Are you organized, dependable, a strong communicator, and ready to make a difference?

Kids First Sports Center is currently hiring for our Aquatics Leadership Team in our Swim School! We are looking for like minded individuals with experience in leadership who can confidently lead a staff of 15-40 individuals. Many of these individuals will be employed for the first time under a new leader; so patience, communication, and vision are a must.

The Swim School at Kids First is an instructional Learn to Swim program designed for children 8 weeks and up, with the goal of teaching kids to swim!

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of up to 40 employees to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Development of staff to ensure high-quality program delivery.

Collaborate and create innovative program curriculum that aligns with our mission.

Maintain class mix based upon space and demand, and open/close classes as needed to maximize pool efficiency and student volume.

Drive new clients and nurture existing client relationships to ensure program growth and satisfaction.

Maintain a flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends to meet program needs.

Qualifications:

Proven leadership experience in a similar role, preferably within an educational or sports setting for kids.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to positively inspire both staff and students.

Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for early childhood development.

Full—time position (40 hours)

Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 annually
