Travel‑ Technical & Manufacturing Trainer

We are hiring for our growing Training department! This position requires overnight travel 50% of the time. When not traveling, the instructor works on‑site at our Mason, OH Headquarters.

VEGA Americas manufactures, distributes, and services process instrumentation to measure level, density, weight, and pressure. Our products have made industrial processes safer and more efficient for over 60 years.

• Facilitate instructor‑led and virtual technical training courses to customers and employees.
• Continuously enhance technical instructional delivery and presentation skills.
• Mentor other instructors in subject matter, content, and course delivery techniques for assigned technical courses.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of course content throughout a course life cycle.
• Facilitate training programs in accordance with business needs, regulatory requirements, and Quality Management System.
• Maintain technical knowledge by participating in VEGA product and industry educational training opportunities.
• Report data on completed courses, issues, and absences.
• Determine overall effectiveness of programs and training by listening to feedback and making improvements as necessary.
• Collaborate with fellow instructors to provide consistent delivery, ongoing support, learning, and mentoring, demonstrating strong team spirit and work ethic at all times.

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, engineering, business‑related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of instructor‑based experience.
• Experience in the health‑science field is a plus.
