Job Description & How to Apply Below
Position: Dual role Math & Science Teacher
  • A Mentor, Not Just an Instructor:
You have moved past the "sage on the stage" model. You understand that your role is to guide students toward resources—AI tutors, frameworks, and tools—rather than just delivering lectures.
  • Empathetic and Resilient:
You recognize that behavior is communication. You don’t see a "difficult" student; you see a young person whose basic needs might not be met, and you bring the empathy needed to build a bridge to them.
  • An Instructional Pioneer:
You strive to develop a better instructional model. You believe that student learning, practical skill-building, and character development must be central to every educational experience.
  • Tech‑Fluent:
You are not intimidated by new technology. You instantly see how a new AI tool can help students learn faster and you can master new platforms in a short time.
  • A Lifelong Learner:
You constantly seek new ways to refine your craft, whether through reading, podcasts, or professional collaboration.
  • A Culture Builder:
You are mission‑driven. Our core values—Growth, Excellence, Integrity, Service, Teamwork—resonate with you, and you are eager to help others embody those values.
  • Organized and Action‑Oriented:
You can manage the "administrivia" of a classroom—planning, assessment, and data entry—while keeping a focus on student development.
