Job Overview

Manage, design, develop, modify, and present programs.

Essential Functions

* Manage, design, develop, modify and present programs. Performing program needs assessment and make recommendations.

* Implement policies and procedures.

* Maintain budget, prepare contracts, approve and monitor expenditures, prepare budget requests and financial reports.

* Act as a liaison to internal departments, external entities and community organizations.

* May prepare and edit reports and/or newsletters and develop publication materials.

* May provide direct and/or indirect supervision to exempt and non-exempt staff (i.e., hiring/firing, performance evaluations, disciplinary action, approve time off, etc.).

* Perform related duties based on departmental need. This job description can be changed at any time.

Required Education

* Bachelor's Degree.

* Seven (7) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement.

Salary/Hourly Pay Rate Information:
Up to $51,500
