Adjunct Nursing Faculty - Fall

Adjunct Faculty – and full‑time Faculty positions are available for the Cincinnati, OH BSN campus. All appointments are on‑site and in‑person, with teaching assignments beginning on or after 8/31/2026.

• Teach and evaluate students in a clinical setting; lab/simulation and/or didactic sessions may be available on occasion.
• Create an engaging learning environment that supports academic progression and professional socialization.
• Assess student learning, provide timely feedback, and support remediation of at‑risk students.
• Collaborate with Course Lead Faculty on curriculum delivery, student success plans, and program evaluation.
• Maintain accurate student and clinical documentation and comply with FERPA and college policies.
• Communicate professionally with students, faculty, and clinical partners.
• Attend required orientations, faculty meetings, and clinical site briefings.

• Master’s and/or doctorate‑level nursing degree.
• At least 3 years of recent direct RN‑level patient care experience.
• Ability to teach clinicals; flexibility to teach labs and/or didactic courses in other areas of the nursing curriculum is strongly preferred.

• Adjunct Faculty: $55.00 per hour.
