Xavier University is seeking qualified candidates to join our pool of potential adjunct faculty for the academic year. This posting is intended to collect applications for a part‑time, non‑tenure‑track position for an Adjunct Instructor in Philosophy, Politics and the Public.
Candidates must be dedicated to undergraduate teaching and demonstrate excellence in their field. The successful candidate will contribute to our commitment to excellence in teaching and student engagement.
- 5 years of experience in the field of politics and civic engagement, including legislative work, policy advocacy or fundraising, campaign work, nonprofit policy work, etc.
- Preferably holding an M.A. or Ph.D. in a related field.
- Teaching PPUB 210:
Campaign, Politics and Media in the fall semester. - Teaching PPUB 211:
Public Policy Practice in the spring semester.
