PositionInstructional Aide – Special Education, 0.875 FTE, two positions
Job SummaryThe Instructional Aide – Special Education supports teachers and students by providing instructional, behavioral, medical, and daily living assistance to students with disabilities. This role implements IEPs, ensures student safety, and supports inclusive educational environments.
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent required;
Associate degree preferred. - Valid Ohio Educational Aide Permit appropriate for service in Lakota Local Schools.
- Valid driver’s license.
7 hours per day, 5 days per week, and 184 days per school year calendar.
Salary: per current Lakota salary schedule starting at $18.52 per hour, based on verified experience.
