Student Life & Success Assistants support UC Blue Ash by creating a welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors.

• Provide excellent customer service to students by communicating accurate information.
• Answer the Student Life & Success Division phone, take messages, and transfer calls to appropriate staff.
• Respond to Student Life & Success emails promptly.
• Greet and assist guests who visit the Student Life & Success desk.
• Learn about and refer students to relevant campus services and resources.
• Assist with New Student Orientation programming, Student Success initiatives, Student Life activities, and Student Affairs projects.
• Assist with student outreach and Placement Testing initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must have attended UC Blue Ash as a student for at least one semester, either currently or previously.
• Maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher; first‑year students must earn a 2.5 GPA after their first semester.
• Demonstrate teamwork, leadership, responsibility, effective communication, punctuality, professionalism, and approachability.
• Show sensitivity to all populations.
• Represent UC Blue Ash, the Student Life & Success Division, and yourself in a positive manner, including appropriate use of social media.

Hourly Pay Rate: $11.00
