Join Cincinnati Urban Promise as a Youth Development Specialist
Part‑time position, Monday to Friday, 1:30–5:30 PM. Competitive pay $15.00–$20.00 per hour and generous PTO in a family‑oriented environment.

The Vital Role You HaveAs a Youth Development Specialist, you will create engaging educational and recreational programs, provide one‑on‑one mentoring, and build meaningful connections with students, families, schools, and community partners. You will transport local elementary students to CUP using a short bus (no CDL required), track individual progress, ensure safety, and foster an inclusive learning environment.
The Type of Youth Development Specialist That We’re Looking For- At least 21 years of age
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to drive a small bus and pick up students from school
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physical ability to engage with children in various activities
- Previous experience working with children is a plus
Must be able to pass a background check if hired.
